The first Body Blitz course entered Week 9 and saw participants take on a tough 50 minute total body circuit before heading into the Wattbike studio.
On the bikes, it was a short set consisting of a single effort building from effort level 1 up to an all out ‘everything you have got’ zone 5 effort. Until the legs had nothing left. It ended in silence!
It’s great to see how all have progressed not just with their nutrition and lifestyle, but also in their fitness. We are starting to see changes in body shape and there’s still 3 weeks to go. Great stuff.
